When purchasing a new dwelling an inspection by one of our Engineers will show up any problems in the dwelling. These problems are called snags. The snag list is the list of problems that you must present to your builder so that they can be put right before you complete your purchase.
Once we have carried out a full independent survey of the works. We will then provide a report which will include all defects and non-compliances within the property. If necessary we can re-survey the property upon completion to ensure compliance.
